21 May – Interfaith Gathering

The Revd Canon Andrew Wingate, the Archbishop of Canterbury’s consultant for Interfaith Concerns for the Lambeth Conference, will be in Buffalo May 21-24. He is very interested in what he has heard about the Interfaith work in WNY and would very much like to meet with as many Interfaith Religious Leaders as may be available on Wednesday evening, May 21st from 5:30-7:30 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 3105 Main Street, Buffalo, between Highgate and Lisbon, parking lot entered off Lisbon. Light refreshments will be served. For more information and if you plan to attend, please contact The Revd Sarah Buxton-Smith at standrewbuffalo@aol.com or (716) 834-9337.

The Lambeth Conference is the every decade gathering of Anglican bishops worldwide (160 countries), therefore, our sharing of what is happening in WNY with interfaith relations and participation in this conversation will enable religious leaders in WNY to be a part of a conversation which will have impact all over the globe. Please join us!.
